I ordered an anniversary gift for my wife, one order of flowers and a chocolate basket they charge me 2 delivery fees and when delivery guy came he only brought one parcel, i asked him why that is when i placed the order same time for 2 items received one payment total and one tracking number. So now im ****ed as you already billed me for 2 deliveries, i try to track my order the website is pathetic it keeps showing me one item or jumps to am error box... Just an fyi next time when you deliver flowers that you charge so much for the least you can add for customers piece of mind is the food for flowers sincerely disappointed, disgusted, and angry
