Mom's Birthday Flowers NEVER received !!!

This is my very 1st experience with Net Florist, Ordering Online, I placed an order on the 09/04/2015 for my mum's Birthday on the 22nd April 2015,i sent through the proof of payment on the 09th of April twice and a few days later i checked on my profile and it showed ORDER released!!! so I was under the impression that all was in order until 16:00pm today. When i called Net Florist, only to find out why i hadn't received my mom's birthday gift. The consultant on the other side, told me that and i quote \ONLY Received the proof of payment today.. "what a dumb excuse"
