I have no idea why we buy netflorist vouchers if they get reversed on orders that have been processed. Why aren't you fixing that because I don't want to use the voucher in the future,it was intended for the order I placed. Which I also used my card option for the difference,which has now conveniently disappeared 🤔 .... Voetsek is the best reaction to this nonsense. Your system is always glitching and we suffer financially for that bull****. Now my order is "awaiting driver collection " but you reversed the voucher and want me to pay way more than the vouchers worth because your smamming self won't return my money.
