MISSPELT WATCH

I placed an order whereby one of the items had to be personalized. The imprint was incorrect. I laid several complaints. The response was unsympathetic. No refund was suggested.

I am upset because l paid a fortune for an item l cannot use. Besides, it was not my mistake that it was misspelt.
