Misspelled Personalised wine

<p>I sent my sister a bottle of personalised wine, she phoned me that night saying that her name was spelled completely wrong. I've tried phoning them for two days but they never respond. They have now asked me if I would like a "R100 voucher" to "apologise" for the inconvenience, they are not sorry. They are heartless, rude and unprofessional. </p>
