Missing the purpose of my gift by delivering beyond late.

<p>I order a Skygzer lilly and some nice choclates for my wife (order ********** 60) roughly R300. I did this to try and brighten her day after she had been badly treated by her tiran of a boss. She was in tears. I placed the order at 10:00 and at 1 pm I checked the progress, it was then just out for delivery. Niow keeo in mind that they are located in Parow and that the delivery address is in Parow as well....it took them 3 hours to deliver the gift. I phoned 4 times and their customer service is just pathetic. I expected much much more. On my last call I was kept waiting forever and then my call was drop eventually and no one phoned me back. This is quite shocking treatment from Netflorist and I would be very hesitant to recomend them or use them beause of this experience.</p> <p> </p>
