Missing order***

I have bought my 89 old Mother a gift from Netflorist on 3 October, paid immediatly ,received a receipt. Today I have phone various times as the Fruit and Flower basket is not even EN ROUTE yet. I had no emails,despite various to orders@ Netflorist. This made my day and mothers day fall totally flat
