Missing Items

I ordered a Mans Cave for a collegue, the package was delivered same day but there was a hussle about time which was not much of my concerns.

The package I ordered was supposed to have KVW brandy,biltong,Ferrero Roche chocolates,nougat,mixed nuts and two crystal tumblers.

To my disappointment, the crystal tumblers were not in the package when my colleague received his gift. Everything else was there but the tumblers!

Very disappointed indeed!
