Missing goods

I bought a bouquet of 24 flowers for my girlfriend who is 24 with a message about the 24 roses correlating to her age. The roses got delivered this morning and she was over the moon and found the card and gesture super sweet. Upon counting the roses however, all that crumbled because there was one missing, they were 23! Not cool NetFlorist, not cool! The last time, I ordered red roses and guess what - she got pink roses!? Please be extra vigilant with our (my) orders :-(
