Missing chocolates and delivering in stages

I ordered flowers with chocolates and only the flowers get delivered. I have to check up with them as the chocolates were not delivered- they don't even bother to call back when the call drops when my airtime finishes on a consultant. On chat they say the chocolates went missing they will deliver the next day. But my gift was spoiled. I didn't ask for it to be delivered in stages. And why was it missing in the first place??
