Missed Mothers Day

<p>My daughter ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to my place of work on Friday 6 May 2016 for Mothers Day.</p> <p>Firstly no delivery was made and they send out a notification to say it was delivered and signed for my myself. A Blatant Lie!!! A telephone call that lasted nearly 40 minutes left me more frustrated than ever.I left my email address and telephone number and am still to receive a call explaining what happened to the flowes. Pathetic poor service. Dont think I will ever use them again.</p>
