Missed delivery date

I placed an order on Wednesday 30 October to be delivered 31 October, The delivery was not made on 31 October and I was told they would do it first thing in the morning in 1 November. I called at 11am on 1 November only to be told they are still preparing the order. This is bull****. Last time i'm using this service
