Misrepresentation, misadvertising, and terrible service

NetFlorist is useless really. this is the second time I've ordered flowers/roses from them. i placed my order before 10:00 am this morning and sent through proof of payment. The time is 13:45and the order is still not released. My intentions were to deliver flowers at my wife's work. When I called the NetFlorist call centre, they tell me they will only deliver tomorrow. Why advertise same day deliver. this is false advertising..........
