Mismatched tanzanite earrings

I ordered a pair of tanzanite earrings from the netflorist/netjewel website on 12 February. I received my order very promptly at 8AM this morning only to find mismatched earrings in the box. I was extremely disappointed as I cannot understand how no attention to detail was paid when packaging the item. I received a valuation certificate with the colour specified therein, but what was unbelievable was that nobody noticed that the earrings did not match, they were two different colours!!!!so how could the earrings have been correctly valuated?<br> <br> Disappointing service, now I have to wait between 2-3 days before a replacement arrives.
