Misleading Website , ******* and *****

I don't know what is going on with this company but their service is not up to scratch.

I ordered a gift using their wizard where you put in the suburb and everything and then it will give you suggestions of what is available etc. The item I chose said same day delivery which is what I wanted. I placed the order and go on with my life. Then I notice on the reciept delivery daqte is 3 Oct - not same day but 3 days later. I call in and they tell me they only use a certain courier Ram for Paarl deliveries. So ok then fiine cancel my order and refund me. I was told it would take 3 - 10 days. Yesterday I discovered no refund done almost 20 days later. I email them and their response from wait "Dande Lion" is I did not provide my card details. I called and then emailed "Ivy" probably poisoned ivy on the 2nd and gave my card details . so tell me what did I miss. I'm never using you guys again!
