Misleading product information

I bought a picnic basket for a friend and partner. The descriptions said its a standard basket for two people. When it reaches me (thank God i didnt send directly to the receiver) it was a miniture basket that looked like a kinder garden lunch tin..when i enquired i was told that is the size as per the products team and even though it wasnt written on their website which the service consultant also agreed to, she told me it was my duty to call in and ask the mm/cm..from an entire company based online. I was told should they fetch it i will only get 50% of the money, which is ******* because if you say you are selling a standard basket i'm expecting a STANDARD basket size which is the common basket size. I even offered to pay the difference for the correct size and have it exchanged but im getting the run around with my query closed regardless of my replies...they send you a reply and immidiately close your query. I've used so many online shops and havent seen such incompetence and no care for customer's review..I should even be allowed to get my money back for their unsatisfactory service!
