MISLEADING INFORMATION - ****

I saw today on the 14th Feb on their website the advert stating the same day delivery but after checkout, the date changed to the 15th. I called to cancel cause this is seriously misleading and they start telling me about the 3-10 working days for a full refund. I asked for a cancellation confirmation and they say it takes time. PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ON NETFLORIST. Just Go to a shop
