Misleading Flower Arrangement – Nothing Like the Advertised Product

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from NetFlorist. The arrangement that was delivered looked absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. The advertised bouquet was full, vibrant, and professionally styled, but what arrived was sp****, uneven, and honestly quite messy. The flowers were mismatched and the overall arrangement looked like it was thrown together last minute with whatever was available—not at all what I paid for.

What makes this even more upsetting is that the flowers were meant for someone in a very emotional and difficult situation. I wanted to send something beautiful, comforting, and in line with what was shown online. Instead, it was embarrassing to see what was delivered. It felt misleading, and definitely like false advertising.

I’ve contacted NetFlorist requesting a refund because the product delivered did not resemble the advertised arrangement in quality, appearance, or presentation. For the price paid, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I expected far better.
