Misleading delivery information

Ordered flowers on-line for delivery the following day to Jeffreys Bay. Order stated 'delivery to all areas' as did the Website . Order was confirmed but on the morning of the following day I received an email stating that they did not deliver in Jeffreys' Bay but could courier a gift pack the next day. The 'next day' defeated the object of my intention.<br> <br> Call centre could not help in any way. Cancelled - now wonder if I'm going to get a refund as I purchased with eBucks.
