Generally they deliver the correct gift but it’s been 3 separate occasions where they have delivered the one way. Either a completely different gift meant for another person order or manufactured the incorrect gift such as today I had ordered personalised Christmas tree baubles, they delivered personalised snow globes. Overall decent but they keep messing my orders up.
