Messed up Order

I ordered a bunch of black roses for my girlfriend on our anniversary. The order was confused with someone else and I did not get my message delivered to my girlfriend. Someone else's message was attached to the flowers I had bought her. I sent NetFlorist my complaint via email and they sent her a new bunch of black roses with the correct message. Thank you NetFlorist you made her day double special.
