I place an order on the 29th and requested it to be delivered on the 31st. Yesterday (30th) they told me that my order was out for delivery. The delivery was never fulfilled; no communication whatsover.

Like that was not enough; I called in to expect an explaination regarding the change of plans and I was met by a very rude consultant who told me it wasn't his business to follow up on deliveries not fulfilled. He said I am the one responsible to do so. These are the same people who contacted me to remind me to clear my cart! But after receiving my money, its not their duty to follow up. The nerve.

Save your money and energy! It was my first and never will I return.
