They don't even deserve one star. I was sent a valentines surprise from a long distance partner- this was his only way of making my first valentines day special. At 10am I suddenly get a WhatsApp saying Surprise delivered. There was no delivery. I went outside immediately, checked cctv and saw that there was absolutely no sign of netflorist on my street even. I contacted them and was told it was given to my helper- I live alone. When I stated this and said I have cameras showing nothing or nobody has been on the road all morning then suddenly the tune changed and they said its an error and my delivery is still en route. Again at 2pm the same thing happens. Called the call centre- call was dropped multiple times, the chat option never ever did respond and after 8 calls I finally got through to be told its still en route and the delivery messages were sent in error. At 7pm I received 12 dead black roses- my boyfriend had paid for 24 roses with a balloon and a card. I reported the order to be incorrect immediately and we both logged multiple complaints however NetFlorist clearly cannot even care to reply. This business is a ****. They will ruin your relationship- do not use it.
