Melted chocolates

I ordered a gift from netflorist on thier website to be delivered to my grandmother - order number : *** (Hat Box of Nestle Chocolates). These chocolates were firstly not as many as they were adviertised on the website. On the website they made it seem like a box full of chocolates and upon arrival it was only seven chocolates. Worst of all, the chocolates we all melted! How dissapointing!!!
