I bought a gift on 17 December and netflorist promised to deliver the following day 18 December. The delivery didn’t come. I wrote an email the following day 19 December and they promised that they would deliver on the 19th. To my surprise they never delivered the gift and instead I get an email that thr package had been delivered and that I have supposedly signed for it. That is a lie. I never received the package nor did I sign for it. Now I will have to go to the ceremony without a gift because of this ****.
