MAKING A GIRL A BOY

I ordered a package to be delivered for a new baby girl on behalf of one of my friends.<br> On the day the baby girl was born they received it as a boy, which was not that big of a problem since I phoned them and they were willing to rectify the mistake. On Monday I was promised a phone call to confirm the new address of delivery (since she has been released from hospital). Well it is Thursday now... No feedback, when I phoned they did not even know what is busy happening with the order. The manager is on leave and no one can contact anyone in a higher position.<br> <br> I have always supported Net florist and suggested it to my friends, I am just highly dissapointed in how they treat existing customers.
