MAKING A DIFFERENCE TO SOMEONE IN HOSPITAL

I ordered a gift for a colleague who is in hospital this morning, it was delivered an hour ago and had the effect we were hoping for, the colleague was in tears when she called to thank us, she was truly happy with the gift and it certainly made her day.
