Make a screenshot when you order a personalised gift

Just a word of warning - if you are going to order a personalised gift, make a screenshot of the intials you are entering before you order. I have my 22 year old daughter next to me when I entered the initials LS and the gift was delivered with SL. Needless to say without a screenshot I couldnt prove it. NetFlorist did offer to charge me 50% and delivery costs to collect it and I would then need to re-order. Quite frankly a *******! Why they cant send a confirmatory email after the order is beyond me. Will I used them again? Never!!!
