Lying about deliveries

I placed an order a week in advance to be delivered on the 4th of September? It was scheduled for that day but arrived 5 days early completely ruining the day I had planned for someone , worst of all every single time I checked with them they insisted by gift was still to arrive on the 4th , on the 4th we gave the person their gift and as soon as they opened it in the early hours of the morning , I got a email saying my gift was delivered . Pathetic customer service, blatantly lying to me about deliveries , RUINING my special day. Safe to say I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be using them again.
