Lousy banch

I ordered a bunch of NETSP723 - Pink Lilies and Cerise Roses in a Vase on the 7th of January 2017. The flowers were marked as countrywide. On the day of delivery i received a call from the Netflorist subcontracted florist who informed me that she doesn’t deliver in the area I had listed on the delivery address. I phoned Netflorist and the consultant said they don’t deliver to that area and that i should consider changing my order to chocolates or something else or get a refund. My concern is why are the flowers marked as country wide delivery if they do not deliver to certain areas?? The flowers were being sent to a hospital and here’s the consultant asking me to get the patient chocolate instead!?If I wanted chocolates I would’ve ordered chocolates!

I had to make a plan and find someone to drive to the florist to collect and take the flowers to Elim Hospital for my granny who is quite ill. The worst part is that the flowers that he received were nothing close to what I had order especially for their price of R 519.95 and Total of R R 589.90 including a delivery of R69.95 even though I had to collect them. The bunch looked like something someone had just quickly picked from a garden and quickly put it together.

When I order flowers from such a company I am expecting to get the highest standard and quality, but this was very disappointing to say the least.

Netflorist misleads their customers firstly by advertising incorrect products, their sites are filled with lots and lots of beautiful bunch of flowers but what gets delivered is the complete opposite. Secondly they make claims that they deliver countrywide and when it’s time to deliver on the promise they fail dismally!

I would advise the consumer to think twice before placing an order on Netflorist, they rip people off, and lie. Definitely not worth our hard earned money!!!
