Lost customers

Netflorist is having a promotion for Mothers day, a box of Lindt Chocoloate for orders placed by 4 May 2021. I place and pay for 3 orders in mind my mums going together gifts with chocolates,, 1 st order delivered today, No chocolates. I called tNetflorist call centre I was told only until stocks last. It's the 6th May. I advised cancel my remaining orders and then I was told only 50% will be paid on the personalized item. The only reason I orderd and spent so much money at netflorist was because of the promotion. My family and especially my mother is unhappy. I will not order from netflorist again. The consultant was helpful.
