Look for alternative online florists - Netflorist fails miserably.

I will never be using Netflorist again!!!!! Placed an order on Monday for 4 items to be delivered to the same address. I was charged delivery on all 4 items!! I realised that I had in fact been overcharged & am waiting for a refund. I was then told 1 item could not be delivered until Wednesday. I agreed that all 4 items would be delivered on the Wednesday. On Wednesday 1 item was delivered - the other 2 would be delivered separately later in the day and the 4th item would only be delivered on Thursday. My order and the way it was handled was a disaster from the start. really BAD service & customer care - Netflorist DON’T care. So out of a family of 4 3 received gifts & the 4th was left out …….. after much care was taken by myself to have a gift for each member of the family to be delivered at the same time or at least on the same day. Once you have paid you have no control, the delivery policy is a ******* - please think very carefully before ordering from Netflorist. I rate them -0 out of 10 an all levels.
