Long time customer no more
I am shocked with your delivery service. No where on your website does it say delivery to a business will be the next day. I am a regular client and this is shocking. Will not be using you guys again.

04 Feb 2020, 11:06The recipient of the gift had received it today, only to find it broken. When I contacted Netflorist I was told I can have a full refund, however a 15% handling fee will apply. I am disgusted by the way your company has handled this. I will Never recommend nor will I use your services again.
