Lockdown provisions

I ordered a gift for my partner which I had originally scheduled to be delivered on Friday (first day of lockdown) . I was worried the delivery would be make and I couldn’t call to find out as I’ve been out the country. Happy to say it was delivered the evening before . I also see their mobi site now has a chat bot, a lot more convenient than email when you can’t make a quick call
