Lies from Netflorist

<p>So today I received an sms from Netflorist advertising R99 tulips. Went onto the site and there's no option for R99. Pricing starts at R130 excluding delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>This isn't the first time this has happened. Recently saw red roses for R199. When purchasing it came out to R99 excusing delivery. </p> <p> </p> <p>How is Netflorist allowed to advertise and not deliver on their price??</p>
