Liers! *********** Call centre Agents

I am beyond disappointed, I placed an order on Thursday - I was promised to have my order by Friday.. Friday came and I confirmed if my order was indeed getting delivered and they 100% assured me that my order was on its way. I waited at work till 18:30 nothing came. The following Monday I called them and they still assured me that at any moment my order will be delivered. at 16:00 I called them again only to find out that my order is still at the warehouse and they have not dispatched it, this is after I insisted on speaking to the manager and at that moment before the manager intervened, the call centre agent was still assuring me that my order is on the way and will be delivered before 17:30 (more lies because clearly no one was tracking my order, they were just giving me false information). I immediately cancelled my order and requested for a refund..I hope I won’t have to fight for my refund after they ruined my birthday gift. this was my first time ordering from them and I will never order from them again.
