The only thing they are good at is lying and saying "We promise to fix it ma'am, we are so sorry" Weeks later you're still sorry???? I ordered wine and snacks and they kept giving me excuses saying my payment was late, heh heh the stuff needed to make the gift is in Jo'burg so it will take longer... As if cape town there's no wine ***???
