If you people can’t deliver a gift on the requested day, why do you wait until a day before to advise of this? It was stated on the order that it is a gift, so what exactly do you expect me to do now, one day before the time, to get something else as a gift? I placed this order and I have it on email wherein it was advised that delivery would take place tomorrow. Now I hear the earliest the production process will be completed is by the 17th!!! Why then will your website say something different at the time the order is placed? How long would I have to wait for my refund now? You people are absolutely ridiculous! You need to consider the business you’re in and realize that orders are placed for special occasions - it’s a little concerning that more is not done to try and please the customer.
