Ordered for same day delivery at 09:00, called at 14:00 to let them know that the delivery was not yet made and the recipient would be leaving soon. Got a call at around 17:00 to say that the recipient has left the office. I suggested doing the delivery the next day and wad assured even via email that the order will be given priority. Called through at around 8:30 and was told the order is on the way. Called at 10:00, same story, the agent called the driver who said he had just delivered the order. Did not receive a response from the recipient so I called netflorist again and was told the order is out for delivery, someone ****..... still waiting for manager to call back. No delivery done yet, its 13:04 :(
