My Order nr *** my cell number is *** I have placed an order on 10/02/2022 @ 1:15 they could not make the delivery and said it will be delivered today 11/02/2022 its 14:45 and they tell me they phoned my recipient and they phoned myself. we did not receive a phone call as my phone is used for business and private. Now they want to delivery on Monday or Tuesday only, This is not on, Then when I requested my refund they tell me it will take 2 to 3 working days, but when you place your order you have to pay immediately, why not 2 to 3 working day
