Lgbtq+ not supported by Netflorist

Dearest Hello Peter, I had the worst experience with Netflorist. I ordered a 1 year wedding anniversary clock from Netflorist and I changed wording as they let me. I changed it from Husband and wife to wife and wife and instead of Mr & Mrs to Mrs & Mrs. The clock arrived with none of my changes and when I phoned them to complain they said it is standard like that and they can't change it. I was very disappointed on our anniversary the 27th of October but luckily had the gift be delivered to my work address and not to my wife. They said they will refund me and when I checked today they didn't even refund the correct amount. Due to them not supporting the LGBTQ community, I had to suffer with heartache and disappointment. They didn't even phone to tell me they don't support us. How can I get my money back and how can I get people to not support them anymore!? They messed up my 1st wedding anniversary! And they do false advertising with Harold the *** guy who advertises for them!
