Less than 1 star!!!!

If I could give less than one a would. I ordered something for a friends birthday, THE NIGHT BEFORE they let me know it’s no longer available and they will give me a refund. I phoned first thing in the morning to find out about my refund so I could place a new order to be delivered that day for his birthday. The completely disinterest woman said she will do the refund now so I can order in time to get same day delivery. STILL waiting for my refund. When I phone and start complaining I get put on hold and stay there for 30 minutes every time. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!
