Lazy lagging *****

<p>So after making the point to book same day delivery as early as possible, the system books it for tomorrow. After 5 phone calls I was assured that not only would my package be delivered today, but that it had been on the system for today the whole time. Ten seconds later the tracker updated for today. After this, the delivery was supposedly dispatched, but delivery never arrived and my mom's birthday flowers are going to only be delivered AFTER her birthday... And now I get a mail saying that my delivery was delayed due to changes in my order when the only change was the confirmation to have it delivered today... I would forgive the sheer blinding incompetence if it wasn't riddled with dishonesty and hollow placation as it is clear that they are more interested in letting people down than actually providing a service. Good frigging job </p>
