LateFlorist - Cannot Deliver In Time

<p>90% of the excitement a woman feels from receiving flowers is if she receives it in front of her friends and colleagues. As an organisation who CLAIMS or predicts to know what their customer want, you really suck at your job.</p> <p>I ordered flowers for my wife at about 10am. The website accepted my delivery date as the same day in Johannesburg. Netflorist only delivered the flowers just before 5pm. I had to stall her at work as she knocks off at 4:30pm, so she had to collect on her way out.</p> <p>Is this insulting service because the order was less than R 500? Do you only provide preferential service to client’s who spend thousands at a time? This is not the first time this has happened when I ordered from your website. Also, my wife ordered a birthday gift form me last year, 10 days in advance. On the delivery day (MY BIRTHDAY) I had to wait at work till 6pm for you to deliver.</p> <p>Furthermore, the printing on the card was so faint she could not make out what the message was. Got ink???????</p> <p>NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
