Late Molten Chocolates

<p>I ordered this a week ago and after phoning netflorist the whole day yesterday they told me the order will arive no later than 3:30PM , My wife leaves work at 4:15pm.<br />I phoned again at 4:00PM where they adviced me that the driver is only 5min away.</p> <p>He only delivered at 16:22pm , I had to drive to her office to go collect it . At no suprize the chocolates were molten.</p> <p>This is unaceptible , surely you know in this heat that you should diliver any chocolates first thing in the moring ?</p> <p>I am not happy at all!!!! This was her fist birthday as my wife and I wanted to do someting special but thanks to Netflorist it's ruined now.</p>
