Late & Half a Delivery

Another Valentines day spoiled due to NO & HALF delivery!!!!! I got my gift today, 16 Feb and the box didn't contain what my hubby ordered and this after placing the order 2 weeks before the 14th of Feb. He phoned and emailed several times to track the order and this is the service received. Biggest joke is the box didn't contain what he paid for!!!!! I am very disappointed, hear broken and angry!!!! :(
