Late Delivery to a business address

I made an order on Friday 28 October 2022 for my mother's birthday. #SAME DAY DELIVERY The delivered address was specified that it is a business address meaning that by 17h00 latest my mom would have the delivery. However this was not the case. The order was delivered at 18:51 and left with security at the business premises. I only got an email to say that my mom had received the order, i was surprised at that because she was already home. Now why was the order left with a person it was not intended for???? To date i have not received any response with regards to the matter from NETFLORIST. All i have is an email that says that the matter has been resolved, i don't know by who or with whom or what the resolution is. I would like a refund immediately. Totally dissatisfied.
