Late delivery that defeats the point

This company regularly makes delivery of orders a day later than you pay them to deliver. They do not update or inform you until you contact them to establish what has happened. Obviously gifts being delivered later than scheduled defeats the point. I will not be wasting my time or money with this company again and will be using smaller more reliable businesses.
