Late delivery, refund agreed, delivery happened next day anyway

I placed an order for flowers at around 9:30 AM, when I phoned at 4:00 PM the driver told me that the order would be there by 4:30 PM. At 5:00 PM I was told that he would deliver by 5:30 PM, after which I said it was outside of business hours and requested a refund. I was told that the order would be refunded but instead it was delivered the next day...
