Late delivery or no delivery !

This is now the second time that I order from Net Florist and the Order is either late or only arrives the next day. And the customer service is not great at all.

I placed an order early this morning - Which said , will be delivered today . I placed it this morning early with the thoughts of it will arrive early as well and some one will feel very special today and just have an awesome day .

It is now 16:10 and still no delivery, I do not even try to call Net florist any more , as the phone just rings or there is always excuses.

If Net Florist struggles with orders, or just getting them delivered on time , I suggest that you get more delivery staff or more vehicles , because I am not the first one or the only one complaining about your service and deliveries.

You charge an enormous amount for the products and for the delivery , if you expect us to pay this , then we expect you to deliver on time !
